[FIXED] [Forum] YouTube link with a specified start time over 59 seconds

Bug description: Hello i'm writing here because i notice that YT video with a custom time start is still bugged if you set it over 59 seconds,
For example if i set time start to 1 min or 01:01 it start from 1 second.

I'm sorry if i wrong to open this topic here @tudor1297 , but last time i made another report because this feature about YT video with a customized time start was totally broken and @Shocker tried to fixed it without complain about forum category.
