[FIXED] [Demon Hunter] Eye Beam channel time

Bug description: Not affected by haste
Proof: Tested it out with a friend that has 5% haste , he channeled it in ~2.7 sec . I followed up by casting it myself , with lust and being in meta already , giving me , well this ammount of haste http://prntscr.com/i1kfrz . And i channeled it in the same ammount of time . This is hurting Demonic build spec because alot of the meta time gained by Demonic is being wasted in channeleing Eye Beam . Below you can find the channel time on mr robot for eye beam with and without Blind Fury . Sorry i couldn't come up with better proof but that should be enough for you to see the problem

= 3 / (1 + TotalHaste)

If your friend cast it in 2.7 sec, how it dosen't affected by haste?
Demonic transform you when you start to cast it, but read below here, this is time in metamorphosis with demonic build:

= 30 + PeekSavedValue(MetamorphosisAppend)
if TriggerSpell = EyeBeam
= 8 + (SpellChannelTimeSec(EyeBeam) / 1.25)

If metamorphosis is evoked by Eye beam, it's duration is "8 sec + (2 or 3(if blind fury is taken)sec/(1+haste))/1.25", where 1.25 is haste given by metamorphosis.

Now, "ask me mr robot" doesn't explain if your eyebeam that invoked via metamorphosis has a cast time decreased by buff during trasnformation, but the formula for "metamorphosis duration" is decreased by this 1.25, so i think that eye beam cast should reduce too.
Anyway, if your haste is increased while you are channeling it, the reaming cast time will not decreased, so be sure to have "BL" buff before start to cast it.

Just try it with bloodlust and other big haste modifiers and you will see what i mean , also regarding what you said : I had timewarp and i was ALREADY in meta when i casted Eye Beam . Before i used the spell i had 83% haste , and it channeled just as fast as without them . It should be a hugely noticeable thing in terms of channel time.
