Bug description: Players should not be able to use these spells if there is a lockout on the corresponding spell schools: frost -> ice block , shadow -> dispersion, holy -> divine shield

i believe this worked in PTR. i couldnt use divine shield when i were locked out holy.
tho Ret paladins have a talent which makes divine shield be automatically cast even if locked out.

No, that still won't work even with the autocast talent.

Hello and sorry for the late reply. As of right now:

when kicked a frost mage-> ice block gets a lockout -> issue fixed

when kicked a holy pala -> divine shield gets a lockout -> issue fixed

when kicked a ret pala -> divine shield gets a lockout and Divine Intervention talent is disabled during the lockout -> issue fixed

when kicked shadow priest -> Dispersion doesn't get a lockout -> issue not fixed ( might have connection to the part that dispersion could be used while silenced part of the spell)

edit1: for the thing that @Seyrox said , as of right now -> Cold snap clears the lockout on ice block ( visualy on the spell) , but you still cant use ice block for the duration of the lockout
