[REJECTED] Wrong loot from Challenger cache?

Bug description: I don't know if this is actually a bug or that the loot is random taken from any mythic + done. My highest mythic was a 16 Vault of the Wardens. And my loot spec has been Restoration for a long time. Now that i open the Challanger's cache for the week i get the item linked above. Looking into loot tabs of the dungeon this belongs to Halls of Valor. and the highest ive done on halls of valor was only a myhic 12. Is this working correct or is this just a bug? Me was always told that the loot is always from the highest myhic + you done for that week.
Proof: hard to prove as i can't really show. I didn't receive loot from the 16 VotW so it isn't in armory aswell.

You get a random item from all dungeons, it doesn't matter which dungeons you have completed last week.
