Bug description: Well since the last topic got closed 5 months ago I am making a new one. The buff from this Trinket you should lose after 4 seconds of not attacking an enemy and it continues to lose 1 stack of the buff per 1 second. This doesnt work on Freakz, you do not lose stacks at all and basically the buff expires after 20 seconds with all the stacks instead of a stack per 1 second. And most of the time when ur dpsing 20 seconds to lose something is a very long time so basically you could never lose it in a dungeon which on retail is not the case.
Proof: Easy to test in game
