So , if i go farm eoa N solo i can get legendary easier than doing another stuff ?

Well, yes and no.
You should know there is an Anti Bad-luck syste for legendary drops. What this means is that each time you kill a boss or do a world quest or really anything that could drop a legendary, your chance to get it actually increases. Also, this increased chance depends on the difficulty of the thing you did, so the more difficult the content you do, the more your chance increases.
So basically if you want to get that leggie fast you should rather focus on doing hard stuff, like mythic and heroic raid bosses or high level mythic keys.
Ofc you can also farm eoa normal, you can easily solo, but it will take a life to get that leggie. Unless you are really lucky
