What's up with frost dk and mm hunter dps

Should a class really be able to 650k single target with 880 and such low effort? Looking at 7.1.5 retail videos, frost dks did much MUCH lower damage than here, mm im not so sure, cant find good reference. Whats more, tons for 7.1 forum posts about frost being weak and sindragosas fury being weak(here it makes for about 15 of total party damage in m+, ALONE

) and one shots groups of players in wpvp.
For comparison, my highest hitting spell on enhancement sham is lightning bolt critting for 1.1m SINGLE target, yet a fdk with 865 crits and casts howling blast more often for 1.5m crits AOE. What gives? They're both almost necessay for pushing the highest keys.
