ive aquired my artifact but the initial quest: to the deeps shows incomplete in my log,
yet ive accepted the quest to speak to the forge person for quest:the maelstrom beckons, and when i approach the maelstrom stone i cannot speak to her and the stone only says "greetings"

having returned after some time the map now properly indicates where to go, was looking in the wrong spot.
