Bug description: The charge animation of harpoon is delayed on this server because the hunter reaches the target way too slow compared to retail . If you use it from a certain distance, it's very slow!

It is obvious that the travel time it is a little slower than it should be , this case is simmilar to Gorefiend's Grasp where the adds are staying a little longer in the air thus they should be almost bringed instantly .
