Ice for raid. Arcane / Fire for mystic

I see them all pretty even. Fire has good cleave, frost for aoe and arcane has good survivability. Changing specs in M+ is also the key because different specs are made for differnt affixes.

Arcane for fortified
Frost for tyrannical
And fire mages for both and also a lot of trash.
