I believe only the insanity drain goes 30% faster, and the Voidform stacks are not. So it is true that the title of this post should be changed after all this research. I said off topic because there is no way that playing with Auspicios Spirits and 30% crit would really increase the amount of stacks by 12 on SINGLE target,sorry about that.
