Bug description: The problem is fairly simple. On Freakz it resets rune from left to right and thats its priority. On Retail it resets the runes with the longest cooldowns. Same thing for the initial reset and the constant one. This is a fairly important bug.

Around 10:38 pause and put vid on 0.25 speed and when he uses HRW just look at his runes and then test on freakz to see the diffrence.

Confirmed , this bug is really irritating even if u pop it you have to wait for quite a while for it to regenerate back your runes since it goes always for the ones we used first . Not a rare occasion that it becomes really freaking hard to hold breath or even lose the breath while this is happening . It's really a big issue we would be thankful if you could fix this . Thank you in advance .

Tested it ,it's only reset from left to right moved to confirmed.

hm, weird. I remember fixing this, but now I see that "periodic energize" effects that restore runes do not prioritize cooldowns. the regular energize effects already do.
