Bug description:

When using the Spell Penance while having only 3 projectiles spect for that spell (without [Castigation]) the spell will often fail to fire the third projectile and only fire twice. This occurs both when using if offensive to damage an enemy or using it to heal an ally or oneself. Having Castigation skilled will always damage the target 4 times as intended without fail.
