[FIXED] [PvE] [Raid] Boss Health scaling in Raids (EN,ToV,NH)

So i made topic about this , and had conversation with GM (GM said that boss scaling is working). I think this report is important because playing raid with minimum of 20 people isnt that good for some guilds. For example , people from my guild have FPS problems with 20+ people in raid....

Bug description : Raid scaling is NOT working as it should. I dont know for other raids but Nighthold isnt working. When you join Nighthold with 10 people , boss still has health for 20 people . For example when i join raid on Heroic with 10 people boss should have 929M Health , but now he has 1800M+.

Confirmed,boss has too much HP than it should,like you are forcing ppl to raid with 20 or more members,i hope this will be fixed so smaller groups can progress Nighthold heroic also.

Confirmed! You are conditioning people to go with 20 people plus,so only "Huge" guilds can go and find that much people. RIP smaller guilds. Fix it!

Or the Raid scaling for lower Raids members is wrong or I definitely see an 940.9 MLN Difference in HP between Freakz Skorpyron and retail Skorpyron. Something's smelly here...

P.S. This applies to All the NH Bosses for Both Normal/Heroic. E.g. We did Star Augur HC first with 30 and then with 20 People , in both cases her HP was almost same / in addition the Adds HP is exactly the same example (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=10488001&&name=thing-that-should-not-be-heroic) should also have lower HP/scaled down if less than 30 people are at raid.

Proof: Can see any retail video with less than 30 people. Especially Star Augur - you will notice the Add+Boss HP is "considerably" lower.

1. in this 20 man Boss HP is 2.5B but on freakz with 20 man it is higher than 3B
2. & "ADD/Thing that should not Be" HP =212M but on freakz it stays 359 mil no matter if you go 30 man or 15 man.
