Bug description: so Nightblade doesnt get the bonus from Finality ((((https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=197406&&name=finality)))

We need more people to find negative buggs for this spec since its trash unlike on blizz who was on pair with assassination.
One of these bugs is the one u posted ...u can try make a video ,or I'll try to make one this weekend .

Ok,so i made a 30 sec video and uploaded to youtube.

When i apply 1st nighblade with 5 combo points it deals 209k dmg per tick(none crit) and when i re apply it with the Finality buff that gives 20% more dmg ,it still deals 209k normal ticks.

I think that you can clearly see on this video that Finality+nightblade does not work.

The actual problem is that once you gain the buff, it never resets.
