i think the eyes of gul'dan have too much HP they have 106m and when i looked on yt they only had 22m
also they might cast duplicate too fast but im not sure about this one

we found a bug which result in dropping whole server.

eyes of guldan spawn endlessly as u can see on screen. On normal diff they should have less than 100 mega HP per eye is overkill on mythic it should have 29 mega

Fixed the health part. Now, you can watch any youtube video you might want and you can see that Eye of Gul'dan is casting Duplicate ones every 10 seconds, therefore his energy is increased by 10/second.

The eyes didn't duplicate when they finished their cast.

Can't bring proof, forgot to record.

As Shocker said, he disabled the Duplicate mechanic for the moment, we are trying to fix the crash issue, after that the spell will be enabled again.

Edit:

I will revert the fix, we did some more in-depth research and we found out that there was a hidden hotfix around Jan 17, 2017 (7.1.5) which increased the duration from 15s to 3 minutes, blizzard announced it in their changelog later after patch 7.2.0 was released.

In 7.0.3 (13.12.2016) Spell time 15 sec 270k damage
7.1.5 (15.01.2017) Spell 15 sec 145k damage
In 7.2 ( 07.07.2017) Spell Time 3 min and 30k damage .
7.1 15 sec work.
7.2 3m

The thing is whichever version you choose from the patch notes of [Soul Corrosion] - is not what we have on the live server.
Right now we have a 3 min. debuff with 100k damage per stack. What we are arguing for is that it should either be 15 sec debuff with 100k damage per stack, or if you please then it can be a 3 min debuff but in that case it should be only 30k damage per stack.

Monitor the hunter 'Fenri' (4th row, 2nd column on raid frames). He does indeed get a 3 min. debuff, but that's clearly nowhere near 100k damage per stack.

Spell time 3 min.
tooltip is not correct. ( visual bug)/ But damade is not correct. Video first kill Hm i see 2 char have 8 stuck. (30k*8=240k .On freakz in normal 2 stuck 240k!!!)

I think I found a bug in the formula, if you strip the brackets:

Soul_Corrosion_Damage_Normal =
= 4500 + 1000 * [ <Raid_Size> - {(Raid_Size)-1} ] =
= 4500 + 1000 * [ <Raid_Size> - (Raid_Size) + 1 ] =
= 4500 + 1000 * [ Raid_Size - Raid_Size + 1 ] =
= 4500 + 1000 * [ 1 ] =
= 4500 + 1000 = 5500

it produces a constant of '5500'
most likely, one of the Raid_Size should be Raid_Max_Size or 30 for short
also even then it returns values in reverse (highest damage for 10 man and lowest damage for 30 man)

Assuming 5.5k to 25.5k damage was intended, I propose following formula

Soul_Corrosion_Damage_Normal = 1000 * (MAX(Raid_Size, 10) - 5) + 500

which produces following results:
