This is a general problem about stealth. This happen with all classes that can use stealth spell. The same problem occur when stealth fades. Players aren't immediatly visible and can cast 1 spell without be target.
They fixed this bug something like 1 month ago only for pvp instance(bg/arena) but not in world pvp.

I dont know if this is related to the bugg but it is somehow when i am in battleground temple of tomun... and grab a orb as rough if i vanish or stelth im still visible that is not the thing but it registers me as im in stealth one should not be able to even stelth while holding the orb.
Just wanted to let you all know maybe it can help somehow

I can confirme this as well, and stealth is also easily breakable in battlegrounds especially when a person use aoe spell and you are near(but not close to be hit by it) him you might get kicked out of stealth.
Even totems from shamy can root you and kick you out of stealth, aoe from dk etc.
