[COMPLETED] Artifact Knowledge Level 25 Achievement and Skin

Details: Hello, I think I should first say that this is not an actual "item", it's an achievement moreso, and an artifact skin.
So, today I reached Artifact Knowledge level 25, but I did not earn the achievement 'Part of History', nor did I unlock the respective artifact skin.
When inspecting the achievement itself, it shows that I have 20/25, even though my artifact weapon itself is and shows knowledge level 25.
This is a transfered character, so it started from level 105, just mentioning this in case it could possibly be related to the issue.
