Bug description: Lightning Rod should deal damage from all chain lightning/lightning bolt within 10 sec which on freakz doesn't work.On Freakz, Lightning Rod deal damage only from the main targets hit by chain lightning(5) or by lightning bolt(1). ,,Lightning Rods take 40% of all damage you deal with Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning.''
If you do math for what he is right now, will be like:


From my img with lightning bolt:40% * 425900=170,360
From my img with chain lightning:40% * 389400=155,760



He should deal dmg from all my Lightning abilities within 10 sec, not from each one.

What the heck are you confirming? Confirming a bad report is even worse than creating a report without checking stuff first.....

You say that when you cast chain lightning, only the primary target's damage will be duplicated to the lightning rod, but that's not true at all:

40% of ANY lightning damage (be it lightning bolt, chain lightning, OR their overloaded versions) will be replicated to the lightning rod. Your argument is completely invalid
