[REJECTED] Mage Hall Quest Bug

Bug description: [Hall of the Guardian] The Council is in Session <--- Mage Hall Quest

assumption:
I'm not talking about https://forum.wow-freakz.com/ALL-CLASSES-Artifact-Weapons-Questline-Guide-t474557.html i already get my class artifacts and unlock 3rd relic, that's fine.
I have try with unstuck and any solutions from site.

plot:
I was doing quest to unlock features in my class hall as mage.
Then i start farming rep with legion's factions in order to unlock World Quest, so i clean my quest log to make space for them.
I abandoned even my class hall quest sure that i will get it back easily anytime.
Now that i want to unlock the fifth weapon's style or Archmage Milhouse during "mission", i know i have to finish quest i quitted.
I mean Meryl Felstorm is still alive in my Hall of the Guardian.
Using: /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(xxxxx)) where xxxxx is the number of the quest,
i realize i have to start quest: The Council is in Session http://www.wowhead.com/quest=42416/the-council-is-in-session
As you can see in the link of wowhead there's "quest=42416" so when i type: /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(42416)) the result is "false",
meanwhile with the quest before it: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=42222/empyrean-society-report /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(42222)) results "true".
According to player on this server Hall of the Guardian isn't bug.
Ravandwyr and the Archmage Khadgar are respective starter for both quest but neither have it.
I check almost every their positions, like: Dalanar, Azsuna, Hall of the Guardian, Aegwynn's Gallery, The Violet Citadel but nothing...
I already open few ingame ticket explaining my problem but nobody really help me.

conclusion:
i totally dont know what to do, any suggestion is more than welcome.

Hi, I'm having the same problem,
Do you have the mission Recruiting Apprentices done?

I was looking at the Wowhead mage coments and I found all the quests: [Mage] Class Hall Campaign Questline

After Empyrean Society Report you should get 3 missions:
Champion: Ravandwyr (Complete)
Champion: Esara Verrinde (Complete)
Recruiting Apprentices (NOT Complete) (I think it's bugged: Bug Report)

I think it's needed to done all three to get The Council is in Session

Hope they can fix it soon

I already unlock Ravandwyr and Esara Verrinde as champion/follower for missions you should be able to do the same.
And yes i probably did that quest cause i can interface with her in my hall and recruit troops.
I guess you cannot unlock all your champions, i know it suck cause some mission required ability which maybe you havent (for me is the case of Blizzard, is missing) and you need just to be lucky with % success change. As you say hope they fix it soon, still have my + to be a free to play. CYA
