[FIXED] Bone Chilling stacks infinitely

Bug description: The tooltip says it should only stack up to 12 times, but it seems to be infinite.

On a side note I don't know if its a visual bug, but I can't remove the honor talent Train of Thought.

Confirmed. @Quicksand this has to be fixed asap. After few minutes of aoe I was able to increase my dmg 20 times! https://imgur.com/a/AC8bA "Look at dmg of my ebonbolt."

Fixed it, and temporarily disabled the spell (until next restart when the fix goes live)
