Bug description: After the witnessing event ends, it should complete the quest, but nothing happens.

Confirmed. This quest makes the whole remaining Jade Forest quest chain unavailable.

The script did only half way (only Elder Lusshan side) but Rassharom is not scripted yet.
that's why only Speak to Elder Lusshan completed.
