I think i know why i didnt see the spell's proc for Scourge Of Worlds until now and why i open 3 topic, i was hitting Reanimated Monstrosity http://www.wowhead.com/npc=107202/reanimated-monstrosity
not a regular dummy. I tried on both of them and it work just on the normal one, that's why. On Reanimated Monstrosity doesnt proc for 5 min dps.
im gonna call it missunderstand or lost in translation..
