[FIXED] [Demon Hunter] Consecutive Fel Rush/Glide

Bug description: When you use Fel Rush or Glide then use one of them again(after the first finish), you can't because you get an error in middle screen like when you are on the ground.

How it should work: You should be able to do a second Fel Rush when global cooldown end without this error.

99% of the time you can use them in quick succesion just fine but in that 1% of the times you might remain stuck in the air for a couple seconds . This usually happens when the server's lagging . There already are a few similar bug reports to this one at low priority , and that's what this is aswell .
