Bug description: Rank 3 cant be learned. I did over a 100 potions today and didn't get. Same goes for health/mana potions. They are stuck on rank 2 no matter how many potions I make.

same. i also did over 100~150 and still no rank 3

100-150 is nothing , i've known people on retail that have done over a thousand and didn't get theirs until later .
