Since your screen shots didn't really tell much i decided to record a video regarding this . https://youtube.com/watch?v=8-SD3SB4n8I:




As you can tell from watching said video the scrolls do absolutely nothing , they are supposed to randomly give the following :
Artifact power on the currently equiped weapon , between 150-5900 * this isn't increased by Artifact Knowledge *
Reputation with a Broken Shore Faction , between 150-500 * this rep shouldn't be increased by the darkmoon fair buff WHEE that you get from i belive riding the carousel *
Profesion Skill , between 3-10 . This is apparently suppose to give more based on the current skill of said profesion , and more depending if it's a primary or a secondary profesion ( first aid cooking etc )
Gold , unfortuntely i haven't been able to find an ammount for this .
And experience points , ~150 . Yes , 150 , that little .
A few things to note about some of these rewards , such as the profesion increase and the EXP increase . They should still be rewarded at lvl 110 in the case of the exp reward and at 800 skill in the case of the profesion reward , however , if this is the case the item should fail and give you the message '' You already knew everything on that scroll , You're so smart ! ''
One more thing worth mentioning is that these scrolls should have a 1 week cooldown , and reset the same time as raids reset , so that'd be Friday for Freakz .
