Bug description: Absorb from Bulwark of Order shouldn't affected by necrotic.

1:20 - In this video you can see he has 40 stacks of necrotic and when he uses Avenger's shield, Bulwark of Order icon appears in his buffs and dmg is being absorbed.

Edit : Found 40 stacks + bulwarks aswell , will have to see what's up with that .

I was trying to overcome this fix (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Paladin-Protection-Bulwark-of-Order-vs-Absorb-reductions-Necrotic-affix-t522103.html) of becoming active. It should stop working like that after next restart.

As long as solid proof is brought that Bulwark of Order should NOT be affected by necrotic, I'll prevent my fix from going live.

5:13 , 45 stacks , bulwark is up . Blizzard is really stupid . Now , he doesn't have anything that shows how much it actually absorbs , but he doesn't appear to take any dmg so it must mean it's absorbed . Unfortunetly , spirit link is placed down almost at the same time he has the bulwark up so you can't really tell for sure , but since he gets the buff it most likely means that it should indeed work through necrotic .
