Bug description: If you are hit by the scythe , most of the time you get multiple ticks from it . I think it might be from the spell moving too slowly but i don't know , i do know however that you shouldn't get more than 1 hit from the scythe .
Proof: http://prntscr.com/jgcljp - He get's 2 ticks from the spell in 0.3 seconds apart from eachother , so right now being hit by a scythe on a reasonably high key is a death sentence , and the key didn't even have tyranical afix .

around the 10 minute mark you can see some players getting hit by the scythe and only taking dmg once . Take a look at the speed that the scythe has while traveling .
