Bug description: At a certain distance some abilities don't consume shattered souls when they should

Bug appears somewhat difficult to replicate. On further testing cannot say if it is visual, but doesn't appear to be so.

I think that one reason this might happen is that Soul Fragments don't disappear after walking a certain point away from them . I will look into this , because there might be something else causing this indirectly .
