[FIXED] [Rogue][All Specs] Stealth & Legendary Exploit

Bug description: When you enter stealth , for say , the first 5-10 seconds , every legendary that has a proc e.g. Shoulders Legs Sephuz etc WILL proc and their effect WILL work . This is especially good with the legs because 1 tick means quite alot of healing . Shoulders , no need to explain how much 2-3 consectuive crits can mean .

Confirmed.
To reproduce this bug you have to use your stealth ability right afther you use vanish to activate the legendary items.

Fixed for all classes. This led me to discover why trinkets/legos/etc were able to proc in certain situations in PvP, so theoretically nothing will ever proc anymore while doing instanced PvP
