[REJECTED] World daily Quest missing

Bug description: i logged in today 15th May 2018 into the game and the Daily world quest should be Azuna but as you can see from the above pic i only have available yesterdays Daily for the Wardens.
I logged on to my alternative character and it had both the Wardens and the one for Azuna but on my mage i only had the first one.
This is happening to me very often and i notice it especially when i do not log into one of my characters the previous day.
If i was to be on holiday for a week i would come back and find that i am missing the middle daily quest for all my lvl 110 Characters

I can easily reproduce it by just not logging on to 1 of my characters for 2 days but i asked around and this doesn't seem to happen to anyone else
