[REJECTED] [Monk][Brewmaster] WQ/Emissary rewards are sometimes wrong

Bug description: I'm getting items for the Mistweaver (heal, intel based) specialization as a Brewmaster (tank, agility based) from Emissary caches and World quests completions. At first i thought i had the wrong loot spec but i still get agility items so i instead selected Brewmaster as loot spec but it still occurs. Today i got a Frost relic which is only usable by the Mistweaver spec, as monk.

WQ loot is randomized for all specs, for example my Holy paladin has a lot of Ret/Prot loot in my WQ's even tho i dont play those 2 other specs. The only loot you can control is the one from the Emissary Box.

I didn't know that however the relic i'm showing was looted from a emissary cache.
