[FIXED] [druid] Savage roar VS changing forms

Bug description: When you use savage roar, and change form, buff is still there but when you get back to cat form, your abilities are not affected by that savage roar even if is still has duration!

Proof: I can't record a video but I will explain clearly! With berserk, savage roar, tiger's fury and bloodtallons, my RIP doing 161k. WIth berserk, tiger's fury and bloodtallons RIP doing 128k per tick! When I'm not leaving cat form, everything is OK and he is 161k with all 4 buffs, but, if I put savage roar, berserk, and tiger's fury, then CAST regrowth ( so I leave cat form ) so I can get bloodtalons too, Savage roar buff is still ON, and I'm get back to cat form, use RIP with all 4 buffs, RIP doing 128k like savage roar isn't active! It's a big thing, cause I lose so much dps PER TICK for RIP and lose dmg for every spell I lose until I use another savage roar, in overal it's a big dmg loss!

Savage Roar does not work after form swap even when Savage Roar buff is still up.

Yeah! So is it a bug or it should work like that? I think it's a bug cause nowhere said he will turn off if you change form or something like that. I know it said:" Cat form attacks..." But that doesn't mean i can't activate roar in cat form, and if I chage form he will disapear. It should continue to buffs cat form abilities, not depending if you change form or not.

Ty for the confirmation and video but on freakz buff is up too, but not buffing the spells. And on this video we can see another bug I already reported but get rejected cause of duplicate, about legendary Chatoyant Signet. Garn posted it in 2017. and still nothing about that bug. It reseting your energy to 100 if you leave cat form, ehen you get back your emergy dtarts to recover from 100 to 200. On this video, changing forms doesn't affect energy at all. So on this video we can confirm two bugs. Chatoyant signet and this one about savage roar! Ty Mazar.
