Bug description: Every so often , casting a normal , unbuffed solar wrath and casting Star Surge right after will cause the Star Surge not to give you the Solar Empowerment buff . This is also true for Lunar Empowerment .

If you believe or not it, i was opening, now, the same topic

I can confirm this bug. When you cast Solar Wrath and quickly Starsurge it consume Solar Empowerment without empow Solar Wrath(Same thing with Lunar Strike - Lunar Empowerment).
