[FIXED] [Druid][Balance] Astral Power Generation Involving Blessing of Spellwarding

Bug description: If , as a boomkin , you have blessing of spellwarding on you . Certain spells will stop generating Astral Power of the duration of the blessing . These spells include New Moon , Half Moon and Solar Wrath ( for whatever reason , Full Moon does give you the 40 astral power despite showing an ''Immune'' sign like the other 3 spells i mentioned that don't give Astral Power ) .

Not only for druids, happens for every class while under the effect of invulnerability spells...

Fixed the underlying issue, should be okay for all classes and spells.
