[FIXED] [Rogue][Assasination] Assassination Tier 19 2 set + legendary bracers

Bug description: The 2 set piece bonus on assa rogue should be amplified by legendary bracers since it s a bleed effect. Right now it isn't.
Proof: In this image I was damaging a target with less than 30% HP : https://imgur.com/a/0lBgOxL

Of course in both cases I used legendary bracers and same gear and no buffs.

The 2P Bonus also has a formula for this item that is refrenced by : if HasItem(ZoldyckFamilyTrainingShackles) and TargetHealthPercent < Zoldyck(health)
= Damage * Zoldyck(damage) .
