Bug description: Having the talent Flame Crash - when you cast an Infernal Strike, your Sigil of Flame goes on cooldown (this wasn't happening recently). You can cast Infernal Strike and still leave a Sigil of Flame even if your Sigil of Flame spell is ON COOLDOWN - that triggers the cooldown back to its full duration. That makes no sense. The spell worked perfectly a week ago - Flame Crash should not trigger the cooldown of Sigil of Flame in any way.

Proof: It's so obvious that it's funny that something went wrong all of a sudden.
