Mount Bug

A few months ago i voted this server, and than i redeemed my Vote Points on the skyscreamer mount. for a few days it doesnt appear in my collection. Same for the Minion of grumpus purchased with Vote Points like a week ago. I opened a thread before with the same topic, and it was told me to bring proof. Now as it can see i am on the mount but it doesnt appear in my collection. How do i the same with other mounts? I dont have them in hotbar.

Usually when you purchase a mount from the Vote Shop, it should automatically appear in your Collections list, but I don't know what may be the issue with your mounts.
Are you sure you've had sufficient vote point available, and are you sure you've purchased the correct mounts? Be sure to double-check everything.

Yes, i had 50 vote points for the mount and i purchased it. It doesnt appear in my collection
