[FIXED] [Demon Hunter][Havoc] Fel rush secound time while Gliding

Bug description: When you Felrush twice in a row while gliding , the secound one will just get you stuck in place not moveing the character anywhere.
Proof: This happens everyime will provide proof if needed.

Strange , i thought this was already posted & confirmed . Regardless , it's low priority because this doesn't happen very often and when it does happen it can be easily canceled by fel rushing again . This issue has been mentioned in several other low priority bug reports in the past . It's a very known issue .
