[REJECTED] [Shaman][Resto] Something wrong

I dont know what is bad, but I think something bad with mastery.
Bug description: I am doing (Without buffs) crit by Healing Surge 1,194,000 with Undulation and it is same as it was.
Maybe 1 week ago with 84% mastery I did on low HP targets cca 2.2M - (2.7M crits with cds+buffs). (1,194,000 + (1,194,000*0,84=1,002,960)= 2,196,960 crit with 84% mastery = It was OK.
Now with same 84% mastery I do on low HP targets crits 1.6M
Proof: screens today. 1. 8%hp target healed by Healing surge + Undulation https://imgur.com/a/kElQXmi

With 84% mastery before 2.2M and after 1.6M = 600K difference (without CDs)
Now I did with CDs and buffs max crit by Healing surge+Undulation 2M.

Everything works perfect.
1M crit heal with undulation
then i used math from askmrrobot 102 * ( 1 - 0.5) = 51% mastery for player with 50% HP and i healed him for 1.5M, maybe you healed someone who had heal buff like blood dk vampiric blood.

2.48% versality
102% mastery

It was balance druid.
askmrrobot 84 * ( 1 - 0.08) = 77,28% mastery for player with 8% HP. While my heal with undulation is 1,194,000.
1,194,000 + (1,194,000*0,7728=922723)=2,116,723 and I healed him for 1,6M. You can see it on screens and he had not Vampiric blood

Mastery 84%

Something must be wrong. Idk what but difference between I healed 2.3-2.7M crit by Healing Surge+ U. and now 1.6M.
Many my shaman friends say same thing. They have prob. with 100% down healing with Shaman.
Maybe something bad if mythic+ is active or I really dont know. But 1.6M max crit with 47 596 Intelect and 84% mastery is ridicule . xD

It is right.
I've tested it in m+ and same result.
I've created char with your stats on test realm so I can tell from your pictures that it works correctly.
Dunno if it was bugged before but now is everything fine.
Would be nice if you could post proof that you do 1,194,000 heal with Healing Surge + Undulation since I with exactly same stats as you do only 950k.

And IDK what you did, but I again crit 2M+ on low hp. All is ok now.
