[FIXED] [PvE] [Dungeon] Darkheart Thicket : Frenzied Nightclaw - Griveous/Frantic Rip

Bug description:
1) Those panthers should first leap to a random ranged targe and only after they REACH the target the player should get Griveous Rip (wowhead link) or Frantic Rip (wowhead link) depending on the difficulty the dungeon is set on . Currently they apply it on the main target only at any range , they don't leap at all .
2) Currently the panthers apply both Griveous Rip (wowhead link) and Frantic Rip (wowhead link) regardless of difficulty . This leads to 2 diffrent ticking debuffs which result in massive damage on the player who gets them .
Frenzied Rip should ONLY be on normal and heroic and Griveous Rip should ONLY be on mythic and mythic + . In addition , they cast it too frequently .
