To all of those who face connectivity issues because of their Telekom provider, download this vpn https://www.hideman.net/ it's called hideman, you've got 7 hours free trial, then you neeed to pay. Fortunatelly you can use it for free all the time just by creating hideman accounts with fake mails from fake mail generator or other website, and you can switch from 1 account to another each 7 hours, making it free for life, at least for now. Also the ping difference won't be higher that 5-10 ms if you're trying to tunnel the same country (for example if you're from Romania and tunnel to Romania you've got 5 ms more tops )
