Hello there, i have a problem. the npc "Lorewalker Cho" doesnt sell the item Artifact Research Compendium: Volumes I-III used to boost my ap. Even tho i have a hunter with a lvl 24 artifact knowledge. Please fic this as soon as possible

This is not a bug , you don't buy the reasearch notes from the character you want the AK level on . Go on your hunter and buy the knowledge on that , and then mail it to your monk . Don't call everything a bug if you're not sure how it's supposed to work .
