[COMPLETED] Alchemy Quest

I decided to learn all the available alchemy recipes get trought profession quests. Because i had no one in my quest-book and neither from my trainer Valdera http://www.wowhead.com/npc=92458/deucus-valdera i used: /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(xxxxx)) checking step by step on the alchemy profession quest tree on wowhead which one i had reach.
According with it: /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(39341)) http://www.wowhead.com/quest=39341/vault-of-the-wardens:-demons-bile give me as result "True",
whereas when i type: /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(39343)) http://www.wowhead.com/quest=39343/vault-of-the-wardens:-bendy-glass-tubes i get "False".
I bet i delete the item i dropped from Grimoira --> http://www.wowhead.com/item=127877/bendy-glass-tubes. That's doesnt surprise me, i m that kind of person.
So i was wondering there's a chance i can have it back without going back to Grimoira?? http://www.wowhead.com/npc=105824/grimoira
