I have tested this in several scenarios and razorice procs everytime without issues, this being said if this continues to be an issue for you do the following make sure to clear your cache and log in game and retry if even then it does not work please can you try and record this showing that it doesnt proc for you.

I think that i found it , only the enchant on main hand will proc and off hand will not, thats why i wasnt getting fallen crusader or razorice proc.
The question is, why is like that ? I think that both enchants should proc, not only from main hand, like on blizz.

i believe it's your client.

like, you use enchant on a weapon, but the data containing the information that you're doing so is not transferred.

so y could say it's a visual bug, because you THINK/SEE your weapons are enchanted, while they ain't.

while that^ could be bullshit, i had several issues with artifact weapons, character customization and low-level buff procs that were due to my client.
(i downgraded retail 7.3 and 7.2.5 to freakz 7.1.5, which caused a lot of trouble or me)

I have no clue whatsoever what are you doing, we tested it with gms, it worked in every situation (pvp dummy, duels, arena, etc). Even when I had Fallen Crusader on main and Razorice on offhand, they BOTH worked.

Did some arenas today, it seemed like I was bitchslaping everything. The bug is present on unholy as well and it persists until logout, very annoying if you don't notice. Gonna do some testing tomorrow, it might be from spec change or something.

Yeah , i know that bug. If u change specs any enchant will not proc till u log out, yes i know that , but in my case is a differenr scenario, i log out aswell to avoit that, but my bug is still there.
