Can anything be done to those who join a key and the quit just after it starts? If so, what?
They just destroy the key, being retarded as they came, and do nothing to the community Freakz SHOULD be and it isn't at the moment.

Well ok then, I'll just join any premade group and after it starts I'll leave untill i'll make every player mad and make they keep my name in they mind and never accept me in their group again.

What can be done is to add a custom Dungeon Deserter Cooldown (like the normal LFG one, which is 30 minutes), that can keep them from doing keystone dungeons. That should be a sufficient punishment as it is not an illegal one.
