[FIXED] [PvE] Portal LFR - The Emerald Nightmare: The Stuff of Dreams

Bug description: "The Emerald Nightmare: The Stuff of Dreams" It's not working on LFR difficulty, the Xavius kill credit is there but not the item to loot. I have tried Xavius LFR 2 times now to confirm this.

I haven't done Xavius on any other difficulty here, so I checked youtube to find out how the quest works but it's not the case here.

Im linking the missing phase here from youtube please take a look this quest is important for the suramar questline.
Edit: I did EN on normal difficulty today to see how the quest works and turns out LFR is missing the portal to the dreamway which comes after killing xavius.

Confirm! There is no portal, nothing happend after xavius die.

this is really important bug makes player not to able to progress in story until you get a decent gear or even after that you go to raid group just get a wipe in mid of raid and someone leave rest start leaving and go on and because its the last boss there is high chance of this happening and you have to start over and over
please fix this
