Vote Shop Item Suggestion

Hello.

Wasn't sure where else to post something such as this, but I simply wanted to ask if Wraps of the Blood-Soaked Brawler could be added under the shirt section of the Vote Shop.
It seems to be missing, unless intended.

What? It's a Brawler's Guild item, apparently awarded from Deck Your Collection (Season 1) / Deck Your Collection (Season 2), or the Alliance versions of those achievements.
However, none of those achievements have been completed, since, I'm pretty sure, the Brawler's Guild isn't scripted.

It just seems to be missing from the 'Shirts' as well as the 'Transmog gear' section of the Vote Shop, so it's relatively unobtainable, unless that is indended, for whatever reason.
But, well, according to you, I checked all the quests of that NPC, and the shirt isn't on the list of rewards of any of them.
I even did the quests right now to be sure, and nothing, as well as all the quests around in the area too, Throm'var, up until All is Revealed, since it's bugged.

EDIT: I suppose I can see why you thought that that particular NPC would somehow provide players with the shirt, you were probably misguided by the "Outfit of (1)" tab in the shirt's database page.
