[COMPLETED] Sky crystal bug

Details: (optional) Hello , so yesterday I spent a few hours gathering 10 sky shards to make the sky crystal and eventually get the alani mount , but today when it spawned and I used it , it simply disappeared and didn't do anything.
So like , I worked hard to get the 10 sky shards and the sky crystal and like , it kinda of hurts that it didn't even work for me. So what I'm asking is could I maybe atleast get my sky crystal back or if generous enough even the mount. I spent so much time farming for the damn items and I got nothing in return even when I got to alani first, and yes I do know that alani has a protective cloak and I know how to use the item it just didn't work and disappeared for me . In my logs you can't even see that i farmed the sky shards so the only proof I guess I have is this screenshot with the crystal bound. https://imgur.com/a/nk6Coo6
