Bug description: The achievement its not working even after the restart and the fix

Proof's missing. I've tested it in 10 player mode and it worked.

I tried both 10 and 25, biss isn't coming to ground, and her breath isn't killing any add maybe cause she's too high above, how to bring her down?

I'm going to attempt to prove that at least it isn't working as it should be. If it works in some other way then I'm unaware of it.

In this very screenshot, 25 man mode, I had more than 25 dwarves on me (a bit more, because I stopped counting once I reached 25, they're all stacked together there, but you'll have to trust me on this). I managed to ground her (by some luck, she didn't come to the ground on 10man mode for me), beat her below 50% and grounded her permanently. Looking at chat, you can clearly see she 'deep breathed' several times, but none of the dwarves really died to it.

Basically on both of the difficulties razorscale after you ground her you are supposed to have your dwarves (only guardians) on 15% of health so that the deep breath of the boss kill 25 of them, i,ve managed to get 10 dwarves to 15%, and grounded razorscale after that i waited the breath and it did not kill the dwarves (tested on all my alts)

Just to clear up...That chat message "Takes a deep breath" is not equal with spell cast, it's just an emote. The spell has 2.5 sec cast time, so it's really self-evident when this cast takes place. Stack up those dwarves, bring them down to a low health % (15 or under) and wait for the spell. Trust me, it works...You can check for ex. here, that it was completed today: https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=2924&&name=iron-dwarf-medium-rare-25-player . I've done some tricky fixing in order to bring the boss down, which should be already live.

Alright, I managed to do it on my another toon. I didn't have to bring dwarves to 15%, I waited till she berserked, casted the spell and oneshot all mobs, awarding me the achievement. Thanks for clarifying and keep up the good work, know it's very appreciated.
